Delicately sparkling, water-based paste with creamy consistency. Easy to spread and prefect for stencil technique. By applying with a sponge brush the surface will have a metallic effect with a bit of rough touch. Can be sanded.
First decoupage I've done. Couldn't have been easier. Great quality and beautiful picture. I looked everywhere for a perfect picture for my revolving book table. Have already ordered more.
This item is perfect. It looks just like a tin roof that has rusted. Love it!
