Quick drying, clear, solvent based varnish. Brush it in one direction using a soft brush. Apply two layers. After drying the gloss will be waterproof while the matte will be moderately waterproof.
First decoupage I've done. Couldn't have been easier. Great quality and beautiful picture. I looked everywhere for a perfect picture for my revolving book table. Have already ordered more.
This item is perfect. It looks just like a tin roof that has rusted. Love it!
